CM-031
In keeping with our policy of customer support and encouraging freedom
of choice, Allied Associates the CM-031 conductivity meter form CF Instruments
of the Czech Republic.
Available from our hire fleet this alternative conductivity meter offers
similar functionality to that of the Geonics EM-31, however data is stored
and displayed on the in-built HP palmtop computer. This feature allows
the operator to perform an instant QC check of collected data prior to
storage if required. Additionally the palmtop and CM-031 are charged simultaneously
thus reducing potential battery problems.
By using the HP Palmtop the collected data is automatically stored in
a project file for later download to PC by way of RS232 port on the console
front panel. Charging connector is accessible via a lockable port preventing
water ingress or possible short circuit. When not in use for data collection
and display the palmtop can be used as a conventional palmtop computer.
