The Highly Succesful SIR-2000.

The Sir-2000 was one of GSSI’s most successful radar systems. Whilst no longer a production item these popular units are still in circulation worldwide. This single channel unit allows the operator to collect dada with a diverse array of transducers from the high frequency 2.5-Ghz horns, through to the low frequency MLF transducers with a centre frequency of 16-Mhz.

The Sir-2000 is a stand-alone unit with data stored and displayed real time on the unit. No additional computers are required to store or view data. The Sir-2000 is available for hire from Allied Associates. Repair and maintenance is also available on this units.

Lightweight at only 6Kg
Low power consumption at only 3A or 36 watts.
High visibility daylight screen, 400NIT
Process data on the system if desired. (Requires Radan to be loaded)
Large data storage capacity. 1.3-Gb min, but can increase.
Collect and display in Wiggle mode, line scan, or oscilloscope.
Collect in continuous, point stack (as used by Sensor& Software and Mala), or by survey wheel.
Allows fore display in grey scale or a variety of colour palates
Optional grey scale thermal plotters, for real time printing.
