Allied Associates offer the latest radar system introduced by GSSI, the
world leaders in GPR technology. Replacing the very popular and successful
Sir-2000, the TerraSIRch offers increased speed to data collection, due
to technology
used in the Sir-20 system.
As expected the TerraSIRch is compatible with all current GSSI transducers,
but offers further advantages in so far as this System is lower in weight
than previous systems has a High speed Ethernet data transfer rate, works
on internal battery power and will offer GPS capability in due course.
At only 4
kg this hand held unit is advancing the goal of true portability of GRP
systems. A utility location system as pictured is now possible as the
full system is capable of storage in a small suitcase or shipping container.
Alternatively the TerraSIRch is adept at high speed surveys as up to 320
scans per second are possible as standard, allowing road surveys to be
undertaken.
